By partnering with existing high-traffic festivals rather than staging isolated promotions, the state maximizes direct outreach to younger demographics while boosting promotional efficiency.
Starting on the sixteenth, a video contest called "One-Hour Cut," offering one hundred resort stay vouchers, will also begin. The campaign invites citizens to produce and share their own social media videos highlighting Gangwon's proximity, with comprehensive guidelines to be published online on launch day.
