Gangwon State held its 19th Together Day celebration in Chuncheon. This landmark event took place at the Chuncheon Hoban Gymnasium under the theme "Happy Gangwon, Special Us."
Over 800 participants and multicultural families gathered in warm unity. They naturally transcended generational and cultural differences to build a harmonious community.
The state pledged to build an inclusive community where diverse cultures are respected and thrive together. The administration emphasized that various languages and cultural backgrounds serve as invaluable assets for enriching local society.
Merit awards, an exciting sports festival, and festive performances drew enthusiastic cheers. The second part featured an energetic sports competition alongside celebratory performances by the popera group Ariel and singer Yoon Na.
The event honored those contributing to local integration, adding even more meaning to the celebration. The opening ceremony began with an impressive performance by the electric string group Aromance, followed by official commendations dedicated to champions of social integration.
